What is the minimum requirements for running Life Manager Pro
The minimum requirements to run Life Manager are:

Mac OS X 10.5 ot 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
PowerPC G4 (867MHz+), Power PC G5, Intel-based Mac, 512MB of RAM
Mac OS X 10.4.11
PowerPC G4, G5 or Intel-based Mac

Pentium III 800 MHz or faster

For optimum running it is recommend that you have more than the minimum RAM
Do I need to be familiar with GTD to use Life Manager Pro?
No prior knowledge of GTD is required to use the program. The program manual provides a simple and straight forward introduction to GTD.

If I upgrade to the full version or a later version, will my personal data be lost?
No, there is a simple way of exporting and importing your data to a new version of Life Manager Pro.
You are advised to back up Life Manager Pro at regular intervals using a simple one click procedure.
Life Manager Pro runs without a password. If you wish to protect your privacy it is recommended that you password protect your computer or do not allow other users to run the program.
Does Life Manager Pro replace Outlook?
Life Manager Pro is not an email client like Outlook. What you may find is that Life Manager Pro replaces the calendar and to do functions of Outlook.
If outlook is your default email client then clicking on an icon next to the email address of a contact will launch the new message window in Outlook with the contact's email address filled in.
Mac Version: I get a "This action cannot be performed because this file is not modifiable" error
If you open Life Manager Pro and you get this above error message this is because you are a user that may not have read and write permisssions for this file.
To fix this go to the Life Manager Pro folder in your applications folder. Right (or Ctrl click) on the file Life Manager Pro and choose, get info. On the info window go to sharing and permissions section and change all users to read and write.
Do the same for the LifeManager.USR file.
